❊ Midwifery Care

Free initial consultation in Northampton or by zoom.

Midwifery care is provided by Michelle L’Esperance CPM, assisted by other home birth midwives. The fee for care during the months of pregnancy, birth, and the first six weeks with your new baby is $6900 (shared by two midwives). We may be able to reduce our fee by 10% or more for those eligible to receive government aid, for repeat clients who are in need, and sometimes for those with special circumstances. ❊ Birth Doula Care

Free initial consultation in Florence.
The fee for expert birth doula care (which includes prenatal visits, birth support for hospital/birth center birth, and postnatal visits) is $2250. Initial deposit is $500.

There are options for extras such as tub rental for early labor, edited birth photography, private childbirth education, home postpartum care, and more. ❊ Postpartum Doula Care

Free initial consultation in Florence. Minimum of 3 hours care per visit; $50/hour weekdays, $60/hour evenings, weekends, and holidays; $75/hour nights.

❊ Hourly Consultations & Support: Birth Planning, TTC or Parenting

Topics include pre-conception health; private childbirth education, including Creative Movement: Practical Prep for a Positive Birth; VBAC planning; general birth planning; processing past births; planning for a healthy postpartum; sleep support; holistic non-manipulative breech-to-vertex support, and more. Office rates, home visit rates, on-call rates as appropriate.

Office consult, phone or zoom consult: $80/hour or $50/half-hour.

Home visit, when available: $90/hour.
On-call, such as for insemination support: $90/hour.

❊ Birth Tub Rental

Our portable birth tub is available for rental: $250 for a 4 week period. Clients receive a discount of $25. A disposable liner is provided, as well as an electric air pump and drainage pump.
